Dear passengers of Almaty International Airport, we kindly asking you to consider that from 20th of July 2010 there will be change of departure/arrival procedures for VIP passengers. Implementation of procedures will be more comfortable and fast due to the time management of registration procedures of Passport and Customs control. The Business terminal will function as the VIP departure terminal, and VIP arrivals will remain as it is. In any case our stuff of VIP terminal will assist you during registration and will accompany you to the board of the aircraft.

Departure

For passengers’ comfort the VIP departure terminal is relocated to the Business terminal, which situated on the left side of the main terminal.The departure and arrival of the business-aviation passengers is in the same building. In case of departure of international flight, passport check can be done on first floor of the same terminal.

For the aircrafts which parked on the distant lots, departure of the VIP passengers will be organized from the first floor of business terminal. You will be transferred to the aircraft by comfortable mini – autobus. Recently on the second floor in the Business terminal new gallery (gate) was launched, which is used by VIP passengers as the passto theaircraft.

Arrival

Innovations are made for VIP passengers who are arriving to Almaty airport. If you arrive on international airlines, then in the international arrivals hall, VIP passengers will pass passport check and customs control through the separately provided post. After settling all requirements passengers will follow to the exit through the VIP hall. On the local flights for VIP passengers will be offered comfortable mini-autobus, which will carry them directly to VIP hall where passengers can exit to the city.
